Scrambled eggs make a tasty breakfast in no time, and a protein-rich recipe only needs four minutes in the microwave.

* two eggs. 

2 tbsp whole milk. 

Toast to serve. 

Method.

1In a microwave-safe jug, whisk the eggs, milk, and a dash of salt using a fork. 

Cook for 30 seconds on High in the microwave, then beat once more and cook for 30 seconds.

2. Beat one more, breaking up any egg clumps. The eggs will be loose at this point, so if this is how you want them, serve them immediately because the microwave will need another 15 seconds to finish the job. 

Beat the eggs in the microwave for 15 seconds before serving if you like your eggs a little firmer.

  1. I always make scrambled eggs in a microwave, when I used to use a pan they always used to stick. This way is much easier. x
